"I really have nothing but good things to say about working with Action Properties. I worked with Alex when looking for a rental in Redwood City and he helped me thru the entire process. I have a housing voucher and was having a hard time finding a place who would take it. Alex was reassuring and helped me along the process of signing the lease. I also really liked how they had me do a digital walk thru when we first moved in. I had to document the condition of the property by taking photos of each room etc. It was a little time consuming tho. One of the companies biggest assets at Action is the women in the office, Takato. She is so warm and helpful and always remembers me whenever I call. She has been so accommodating and supportive in the last 1.5 years since I moved into my apartment. Another thing I like is how quickly all maintenance issues are resolved. They send someone out quickly and make sure the problem is fixed. Every single time. They just changed the resident portal they use from Appfolio to Rentvine."

"Action Properties of Mountain View, CA managed my family's rental property in Redwood City for more than 15 years. During that period, we interacted mostly with Dedy regarding finding and screening tenants, addressing maintenance issues, and assessing fair rental value. Dedy was responsive and helpful whenever needed. We always had good tenants. In more recent years, Linda and Rafael were also very responsive to questions or requests, and facilitated getting things done. On the Accounting side, Takako provided invaluable assistance and communication, even after normal business hours. From a property owner's perspective, this is a very solid and professional team."

"I made a Zillow profile just to say that Action Properties is by far the best property management company I've ever worked with as a renter. They are super responsive, kind, and patient when I'm asking questions. They have put together a fantastic network of vendors/contractors. Every one has been so nice. They've helped with landscaping, irrigation, shower doors, skunk removal, spraying for ants, garbage disposal, air vents, bathroom fans, oven ranges, and more. I can't even remember everything. It's super impressive. It is such a value add to have them when renting that it would be hard for me to rent with anyone else. The time savings for me has been enormous."

They are the maintenance managers for Encinal Place in Sunnyvale, and have been very helpful to me in resolving issues like wasp nest removal on my balcony, air conditioning repair and new filter installation, water heater repair, and carpet cleaning in public spaces. After I submit a request, they get back to me within 24 hours to let me know when I can expect the respective vendors to contact me. I am very grateful for their quick response time! "The team at auction properties in Mountain View I’ve been great property managers for the last 10 years as I rent a property. They manage Taku from accounting as always great on helping me out on any questions I have regarding my account with them always quick to return messages and keep me updated. Rafael has been great and directing me to where I need to go when I need help with either accounting or maintenance or any issues or questions. I have always answers the phone with a great attitude and very positive.
